수산자원관리법 제14조(포획ㆍ채취금지)

① 해양수산부장관은 수산자원의 번식ㆍ보호를 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 수산자원의 포획ㆍ채취 금지 기간ㆍ구역ㆍ수심ㆍ체장ㆍ체중 등을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 해양수산부장관은 수산자원의 번식ㆍ보호를 위하여 복부 외부에 포란(抱卵)한 암컷 등 특정 어종의 암컷의 포획ㆍ채취를 금지할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(2) For^f포 the^ð더 propagation프^r라퍼게이션 and앤드 protection프^r러텍션 of어^v브 fishery^f피셔^r리 resources,^r리소시즈 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 may메이 prohibit프^r로히빗 the^ð더 catching캐칭 or오 harvesting하^v버스팅 of어^v브 females^f피메일즈 of어^v브 specific스퍼시^f픽 fish^f피시 species,스피쉬즈 such서치 as애즈 females^f피메일즈 carrying캐^r리잉 eggs에그즈 externally익스터널리 on안 the^ð디 abdomen.애브도우먼

③ 다음 각 호의 경우를 제외하고는 누구든지 수산동물의 번식ㆍ보호를 위하여 수중에 방란(放卵)된 알을 포획ㆍ채취하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.3.24>

④ 시ㆍ도지사는 관할 수역의 수산자원 보호를 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정되면 제1항에 따라 해양수산부장관이 수산자원의 포획ㆍ채취 금지기간 등에 관하여 규정하고 있는 사항별로 그 규정을 강화하여 정할 수 있다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도지사는 그 내용을 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2025.4.22>

⑤ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 수산자원의 포획ㆍ채취 금지 기간ㆍ구역ㆍ수심ㆍ체장ㆍ체중 등과 특정 어종의 암컷의 포획ㆍ채취금지의 세부내용은 대통령령으로 정한다.
