수산자원관리법 시행령 제7조(어업의 종류별 조업금지구역)

Enforcement Decree of the Fishery Resources Management Act, Article 7 (Fishing-Prohibited Areas by Type of Fishery)

① 법 제15조제2항에 따른 어업의 종류별 조업금지구역은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2014.3.24>

② 해양수산부장관은 해당 수역의 수산자원의 상태, 현재 해당 어업을 경영하는 자의 수 및 자연적ㆍ사회적 조건 등을 고려하여 제1항에 따른 어업의 종류별 조업금지구역에 대한 세부사항을 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
