수산자원관리법 시행령 제29조(조성금의 조정 부과 등)

① 행정관청은 조성금이 과소 또는 과다하게 부과ㆍ징수하였다고 인정하는 경우에는 이를 다시 산정하여 조정하되, 이미 낸 금액과 조정된 금액에 차이가 있을 때에는 그 차액을 다시 부과하거나 되돌려주어야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 조성금의 조정 부과에 관하여는 제28조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
