Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Insolvency and Structural Improvement of Fisheries Cooperatives, Article 17 (Suspension of Payment of Insurance Money)
① 법 제30조제6항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액"이란 다음 각 호의 금액을 말한다.
(1) "Amount prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 30 (6) of the Act means the following amounts:
1. 예금자등이 다른 사람을 위하여 해당 조합에 대하여 담보로 제공하고 있는 예금등채권의 금액
1. The amount of deposit claims, etc. that depositors, etc. have provided to the cooperative concerned as security for another person;
2. 예금자등이 해당 조합에 대하여 지고 있는 보증채무의 금액
2. The amount of guarantee obligations that depositors, etc. bear to the cooperative concerned.
② 법 제30조제6항에 따라 관리기관이 제1항에 따른 금액에 대하여 보험금 지급을 보류할 때에는 그 보험금 지급을 청구한 예금자등에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 서면, 정보통신망 또는 휴대전화 문자메시지 등으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2014.12.23>
(2) When suspending payment of insurance money for the amount under paragraph (1) pursuant to Article 30 (6) of the Act, the managing institution shall notify the depositor, etc. who claimed the insurance money of the following matters in writing, by an information and communications network, or by mobile phone text message, etc.:
1. 지급을 보류하는 보험금의 금액
1. The amount of insurance money whose payment is suspended;
2. 보험금의 지급 보류 사유
2. The reason for suspending payment of insurance money;
3. 보험금의 지급 보류 기간
3. The period for which payment of insurance money is suspended;
4. 보험금의 지급 보류 사유가 소멸되거나 지급 보류 기간이 만료되어 예금자등이 보류된 보험금의 지급을 청구하는 경우에는 그 절차 및 방법
4. The procedures and methods applicable where the depositor, etc. claims payment of the suspended insurance money because the reason for suspension has ceased or the suspension period has expired.
