수산업협동조합법 제96조(행정구역의 지명 변경과 등기)

① 행정구역의 지명이 변경된 경우에는 등기부 및 정관에 기재된 해당 지구별수협의 사무소의 소재지와 구역에 관한 지명도 변경된 것으로 본다.

② 제1항에 따른 변경이 있으면 지구별수협은 지체 없이 이를 등기소에 통지하여야 한다.
