수산업협동조합법 제95조(변경등기)

① 제92조제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항이 변경된 경우에는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 3주일 이내에 변경등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

② 제92조제2항제2호의 사항 중 총 출자계좌 수와 납입출자금의 총액에 관한 변경등기는 제1항에도 불구하고 회계연도 말을 기준으로 그 회계연도가 끝난 후 3개월 이내에 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

③ 조합장은 제1항과 제2항에 따른 변경등기의 신청인이 된다.

④ 조합장이 제3항에 따라 변경등기를 신청할 때에는 등기사항의 변경을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
