수산업협동조합법 제78조(설립위원)

① 합병으로 지구별수협을 설립할 때에는 설립위원을 총회에서 선출하여야 한다.

② 설립위원의 정수는 20명 이상 30명 이하로 하고 합병하려는 각 조합의 조합원 중에서 조합원 수의 비율로 선출한다.

(2) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 committee커미티 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 at앳 least리스트 20 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 30, and앤드 they^ð데이 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 each이치 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 to투 be비 merged,머지드 in인 proportion프^r러포션 to투 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 members.멤버즈

③ 설립위원은 설립위원회를 개최하여 정관을 작성하고 임원을 선출하여 제77조제2항에 따른 인가를 받아야 한다.

④ 설립위원회에서 임원을 선출할 때에는 설립위원이 추천한 사람 중에서 설립위원 과반수의 출석과 출석 설립위원 과반수의 찬성이 있어야 한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에 따른 지구별수협의 설립에 관하여는 합병설립의 성질에 반하지 아니하는 범위에서 이 장 제2절의 설립에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
