수산업협동조합법 제75조(출자감소 의결에 대한 채권자의 이의)

① 채권자가 제74조제2항에 따른 기일 이내에 출자감소 의결에 대하여 이의를 제기하지 아니하면 이를 승인한 것으로 본다.

(1) Where웨어 a어 creditor크^r레더터 fails^f페일즈 to투 file^f파일 an앤 objection어브젝션 to투 the^ð더 resolution^r레절루션 on안 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 reduction^r러덕션 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 under언더 Article아터클 74 (2), the^ð더 creditor크^r레더터 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 to투 have해^v브 approved어프^r루^v브드 it.잇

② 채권자가 제74조제1항에 따른 출자감소 의결에 대하여 이의를 제기한 경우 지구별수협이 이를 변제하거나 감소분에 상당하는 담보를 제공하지 아니하면 그 의결은 효력을 발생하지 아니한다.
