수산업협동조합법 제74조(출자금액의 감소 의결)

① 지구별수협은 출자 1계좌의 금액 또는 출자계좌 수의 감소(이하 "출자감소"라 한다)를 의결하였을 때에는 그 의결을 한 날부터 2주 이내에 재무상태표를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2017.11.28, 2020.3.24>

② 지구별수협은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 감소 의결에 대하여 이의가 있는 채권자는 일정한 기일 이내에 이의를 제기하라는 취지를 1개월 이상 공고하고, 이미 알고 있는 채권자에 대하여는 따로 독촉하여야 한다. <개정 2022.12.27, 2023.10.24>
