수산업협동조합법 제61조(비조합원의 사업 이용)

① 지구별수협은 조합원의 이용에 지장이 없는 범위에서 조합원이 아닌 자에게 그 사업을 이용하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 제60조제1항제3호ㆍ제9호부터 제11호까지 및 제14호의 사업에 대하여는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 비조합원의 이용을 제한할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 지구별수협의 사업을 이용하는 경우에는 조합원이 그 사업을 이용한 것으로 본다.
