수산업협동조합법 제60조의3(조합원에 대한 교육)

① 지구별수협은 조합원에게 협동조합의 운영원칙과 방법에 대한 교육을 실시하여야 한다.

② 지구별수협은 조합원의 권익이 증진될 수 있도록 조합원에 대하여 적극적으로 전문기술교육과 경영상담 등을 하여야 한다.

③ 지구별수협은 제2항에 따른 교육 및 상담을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 전문상담원을 둘 수 있다.
