수산업협동조합법 제56조(임원의 의무와 책임)

① 지구별수협의 임원은 이 법과 이 법에 따른 명령ㆍ처분ㆍ정관 및 총회 또는 이사회의 의결을 준수하고 그 직무를 성실히 수행하여야 한다.

② 임원이 그 직무를 수행하면서 고의 또는 과실(비상임인 임원의 경우에는 중대한 과실)로 지구별수협에 끼친 손해에 대하여는 연대하여 손해배상의 책임을 진다.

③ 임원이 그 직무를 수행하면서 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 제3자에게 끼친 손해에 대하여는 연대하여 손해배상의 책임을 진다.

④ 제2항과 제3항의 행위가 이사회의 의결에 따른 것이면 그 의결에 찬성한 이사도 연대하여 손해배상의 책임을 진다. 이 경우 의결에 참가한 이사 중 이의를 제기한 사실이 의사록에 기록되어 있지 아니한 사람은 그 의결에 찬성한 것으로 추정한다.
