수산업협동조합법 제52조(임시이사 임명)

① 중앙회의 회장은 이사의 결원으로 지구별수협의 이사회를 개최할 수 없어 지구별수협의 업무가 지연되어 손해가 생길 우려가 있으면 조합원이나 이해관계인의 청구에 의하여 또는 직권으로 임시이사를 임명할 수 있다.

② 조합장은 임시이사가 취임한 날부터 1개월 이내에 총회를 소집하여 결원된 이사를 선출하여야 한다.
