수산업협동조합법 제53조(선거운동의 제한)

1. 선거인(선거인 명부 작성 전에는 선거인 명부에 오를 자격이 있는 사람으로서 이미 조합에 가입한 사람 또는 조합에 가입 신청을 한 사람을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이나 그 가족(선거인의 배우자, 선거인 또는 그 배우자의 직계 존속ㆍ비속과 형제자매, 선거인의 직계 존속ㆍ비속 및 형제자매의 배우자를 말한다. 이하 같다) 또는 선거인이나 그 가족이 설립ㆍ운영하고 있는 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ시설에 대한 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위

1. 2. 후보자가 되지 아니하도록 하거나 후보자를 사퇴하게 할 목적으로 후보자가 되려는 사람이나 후보자에게 하는 제1호 각 목의 행위

3. 제1호 또는 제2호에 규정된 이익이나 직을 제공받거나 그 제공의 의사 표시를 승낙하는 행위 또는 그 제공을 요구하거나 알선하는 행위

1. 제54조제1항에 따른 조합선거관리위원회 또는 같은 조 제2항에 따라 선거의 관리를 위탁받은 구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회의 위원ㆍ직원ㆍ선거부정감시단원, 그 밖에 선거사무에 종사하는 자를 폭행ㆍ협박ㆍ유인 또는 체포ㆍ감금하는 행위

2. 제54조제1항에 따른 조합선거관리위원회 또는 같은 조 제2항에 따라 선거의 관리를 위탁받은 구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회의 위원ㆍ직원ㆍ선거부정감시단원, 그 밖에 선거사무에 종사하는 자에게 폭행이나 협박을 가하여 투표소ㆍ개표소 또는 선거관리위원회 사무소를 소요ㆍ교란하는 행위
