수산업협동조합법 제5조(최대 봉사의 원칙 등)

① 조합과 중앙회는 그 업무 수행 시 조합원이나 회원을 위하여 최대한 봉사하여야 한다.

③ 조합과 중앙회는 설립 취지에 반하여 영리 또는 투기를 목적으로 하는 업무를 하여서는 아니 된다.
