수산업협동조합법 제40조(총회의 개의와 의결)

총회는 이 법에 다른 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 구성원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고 출석구성원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 제37조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지 및 제11호의 사항은 구성원 과반수의 출석과 출석구성원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.
