수산업협동조합법 제39조(조합원에 대한 통지와 독촉)

① 지구별수협이 조합원에게 통지 또는 독촉을 할 때에는 조합원 명부에 기재된 조합원의 주소 또는 거소나 조합원이 지구별수협에 통지한 연락처로 하여야 한다. <개정 2023.10.24>

② 총회를 소집하려면 총회 개회 7일 전까지 회의 목적 등을 적은 총회소집통지서를 조합원에게 발송하여야 한다. 다만, 같은 목적으로 총회를 다시 소집할 때에는 개회 전날까지 통지한다.
