수산업협동조합법 제38조(총회의 소집 청구)

① 조합원은 조합원 5분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 소집의 목적과 이유를 서면에 적어 조합장에게 제출하고 총회의 소집을 청구할 수 있다.

② 조합장은 제1항에 따른 청구를 받으면 2주 이내에 총회를 소집하여야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 a어 request^r리퀘스트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 within위^ð딘 two투 weeks.윅스

③ 총회를 소집할 사람이 없거나 조합장이 제2항에 따른 기간 이내에 정당한 사유 없이 총회를 소집하지 아니할 때에는 감사가 5일 이내에 총회를 소집하여야 한다. 이 경우 감사가 의장의 직무를 수행한다.

④ 감사가 제3항에 따른 기간 이내에 총회를 소집하지 아니할 때에는 제1항에 따라 소집을 청구한 조합원의 대표가 총회를 소집한다. 이 경우 조합원의 대표가 의장의 직무를 수행한다.
