수산업협동조합법 제27조(의결권 및 선거권)

조합원은 출자금의 많고 적음과 관계없이 평등한 의결권 및 선거권을 가진다. 이 경우 선거권은 임원 또는 대의원의 임기 만료일(보궐선거 등의 경우에는 그 선거 실시 사유가 확정된 날) 전 180일까지 해당 조합의 조합원으로 가입한 자만 행사할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.24>
