수산업협동조합법 제22조(출자)

① 조합원은 정관으로 정하는 계좌 수 이상을 출자하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

④ 조합원의 출자금은 질권(質權)의 목적이 될 수 없다.

⑤ 조합원은 지구별수협에 대한 채권과 출자금 납입을 상계(相計)할 수 없다.
