수산업협동조합법 제183조(자수자에 대한 특례)

① 제53조(제108조, 제113조 또는 제168조에 따라 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 및 제53조의2(제108조, 제113조 또는 제168조에 따라 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)를 위반한 자 중 금전ㆍ물품ㆍ향응, 그 밖의 재산상의 이익 또는 공사의 직을 제공받거나 받기로 승낙한 자가 자수한 때에는 그 형 또는 과태료를 감경 또는 면제한다.

② 제1항에 규정된 자가 이 법에 따른 선거관리위원회에 자신의 선거범죄 사실을 신고하여 선거관리위원회가 관계 수사기관에 이를 통보한 때에는 선거관리위원회에 신고한 때를 자수한 때로 본다. <개정 2014.6.11>
