수산업협동조합법 제150조(우선출자의 양도)

① 우선출자는 이를 양도할 수 있다. 다만, 우선출자증권 발행 전의 양도는 중앙회에 대하여 효력이 없다.

② 우선출자자는 우선출자를 양도할 때에는 우선출자증권을 내주어야 한다.

(2) When웬 transferring트^r랜스^f퍼^r링 a어 preferred프^r러^f퍼드 contribution,칸트^r러뷰션 a어 preferred프^r러^f퍼드 contributor컨트^r리뷰터 shall섈 deliver딜리^v버 the^ð더 preferred프^r러^f퍼드 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 certificate.서티^f피컷

③ 우선출자증권의 점유자는 그 증권의 적법한 소지인으로 추정한다.

④ 우선출자증권의 명의변경은 그 증권 취득자의 성명과 주소를 우선출자자 명부에 등록하고 그 성명을 증권에 기재하지 아니하면 중앙회나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.

⑤ 우선출자증권을 질권의 목적으로 하는 경우에는 질권자의 성명 및 주소를 우선출자자 명부에 등록하지 아니하면 중앙회나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.
