수산업협동조합법 제151조(우선출자자총회)

① 중앙회에 우선출자자로 구성하는 우선출자자총회를 둔다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2022.12.27>

② 중앙회는 정관의 변경으로 우선출자자에게 손해를 입히게 될 사항에 관하여는 제1항에 따른 우선출자자총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다. 이 경우 우선출자자총회는 발행한 우선출자자 총 출자계좌 수의 과반수의 출석과 출석한 우선출자자 출자계좌 수의 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2020.3.24, 2022.12.27>
