수산업협동조합법 제146조(회원에 대한 감사 등)

① 위원회는 회원의 재산 및 업무 집행 상황에 대하여 2년마다 1회 이상 회원을 감사하여야 한다.

② 위원회는 회원의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 회원의 부담으로 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호 및 제9조에 따른 감사인에게 회계감사를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.31, 2017.11.28>

③ 회장은 제1항과 제2항에 따른 감사 결과를 해당 회원의 조합장과 감사에게 알려야 하며 감사 결과에 따라 해당 회원에게 시정 또는 업무의 정지, 관련 임직원에 대한 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 것을 요구할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 auditors아더터즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 member멤버 concerned컨선드 of어^v브 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 audits아덧츠 under언더 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) and앤드 (2), and,앤드 depending디펜딩 on안 the^ð디 audit오딧 results,^r리절츠 may메이 require^r리콰이어 the^ð더 member멤버 concerned컨선드 to투 take테이크 correction커^r렉션 or오 suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 business비즈니스 and앤드 require^r리콰이어 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 measures메저즈 against어겐스트 the^ð디 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 concerned:컨선드

④ 회원은 제3항에 따라 소속 임직원에 대한 조치 요구를 받으면 2개월 이내에 필요한 조치를 하고 그 결과를 회장에게 알려야 한다.

(4) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 a어 request^r리퀘스트 for^f포 measures메저즈 against어겐스트 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 it잇 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), the^ð더 member멤버 shall섈 take테이크 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 measures메저즈 within위^ð딘 two투 months먼^θ쓰 and앤드 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 results.^r리절츠

⑤ 회장은 회원이 제4항에 따른 기간에 필요한 조치를 하지 아니하면 1개월 이내에 제3항의 조치를 할 것을 다시 요구하고, 그 기간에도 이행하지 아니하면 필요한 조치를 하여 줄 것을 해양수산부장관에게 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
