수산업협동조합법 제147조(우선출자)

① 중앙회는 자기자본의 확충을 통한 경영의 건전성을 도모하기 위하여 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 회원 또는 임직원 등을 대상으로 잉여금 배당에 관하여 내용이 다른 종류의 우선적 지위를 가지는 우선출자를 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2022.12.27>

② 제1항에 따른 우선출자에 대해서는 정관으로 우선출자의 내용과 계좌 수를 정하여야 한다. <신설 2016.5.29, 2020.3.24>

③ 제1항에 따른 우선출자 1계좌의 금액은 제120조제2항에 따른 출자 1계좌의 금액과 같아야 하며, 우선출자의 총액은 자기자본의 2분의 1을 초과할 수 없다. 다만, 국가와 공공단체의 우선출자금에 대하여는 총 출자계좌 수의 제한을 받지 아니한다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2020.3.24, 2022.12.27>
