수산업협동조합법 제141조의2(국가 보조 또는 융자 사업에 대한 공시정보대상 등)

① 중앙회는 국가로부터 자금(국가가 관리하는 자금을 포함한다)이나 사업비의 전부 또는 일부를 보조 또는 융자받아 시행한 직전 연도 사업에 관련된 자금 사용내용 등 대통령령으로 정하는 정보를 매년 4월 30일까지 공시하여야 한다.

② 중앙회는 제1항에 따른 정보를 공시하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 정부로부터 보조 또는 융자받은 금액을 배분받거나 위탁받은 정부 사업을 수행하는 조합에 대하여 자료 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 조합은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 협조하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 정보 공시의 절차, 방법 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다.
