수산업협동조합법 제139조(비회원의 사업 이용)

① 중앙회는 회원의 이용에 지장이 없는 범위에서 회원이 아닌 자에게 제138조제1항에 따른 사업을 이용하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 제138조제1항제1호, 제10호부터 제12호까지, 제15호 및 제16호의 사업에 대하여는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회원이 아닌 자의 이용을 제한할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 또는 단체가 중앙회의 사업을 이용하는 경우에는 회원이 이용한 것으로 본다.
