수산업협동조합법 제133조(감사위원회)

① 중앙회는 재산과 업무집행상황을 감사하기 위하여 감사위원회를 둔다.

② 감사위원회는 감사위원장을 포함한 3명의 감사위원으로 구성하되, 그 임기는 3년으로 하며 감사위원 중 2명은 대통령령으로 정하는 요건에 적합한 외부전문가 중에서 선출하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 three^θ쓰^r리 audit오딧 committee커미티 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð디 audit오딧 committee,커미티 whose후즈 term텀 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 two투 of어^v브 the^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 outside아웃사이드 experts엑스펏츠 meeting미팅 the^ð더 requirements^r리콰이어먼츠 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 감사위원은 인사추천위원회가 추천한 자를 대상으로 총회에서 선출한다.

(3) Audit오딧 committee커미티 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 personnel퍼서넬 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 committee.커미티

④ 감사위원장은 감사위원 중에서 호선한다.

(4) The^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 members.멤버즈

⑤ 감사위원회에 관하여는 제48조제2항부터 제5항까지 및 제49조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제48조제2항 중 "감사"는 "감사위원회"로, "총회 및 중앙회 회장"은 "총회"로, 같은 조 제3항 중 "감사"는 "감사위원회"로, "자체감사 또는 중앙회 등"은 "자체감사 또는"으로, 같은 조 제4항 중 "감사"는 "감사위원"으로, 같은 조 제5항 중 "감사"는 "감사위원회"로, 제49조제1항 중 "조합장을 포함한 이사"는 "회장을 포함한 이사"로, "감사"는 "감사위원회"로, 같은 조 제2항 중 "조합장을 포함한 이사"는 "회장을 포함한 이사"로 본다. <개정 2016.5.29>

⑥ 감사위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
