수산업협동조합법 제130조(회장의 직무)

① 회장은 중앙회를 대표한다. 다만, 제131조제2항에 따라 사업전담대표이사가 대표하는 업무에서는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.5.29>

(1) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Federation;^f페더^r레이션 provided프^r러^v바이디드 that^ð댓 this^ð디스 shall섈 not낫 apply어플라이 to투 business비즈니스 represented^r레프^r리젠티드 by바이 the^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 director더^r렉터 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 business비즈니스 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 131 (2).

② 회장은 다음 각 호의 업무를 전담하여 처리하되, 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1호의 업무는 제143조에 따른 조합감사위원회의 위원장에게, 제2호 및 제3호의 업무는 제129조에 따른 사업전담대표이사에게 위임하여 전결처리하게 하여야 한다.

③ 회장이 궐위ㆍ구금되거나 「의료법」에 따른 의료기관에서 30일 이상 계속하여 입원한 경우 등 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 이사회가 정하는 순서에 따라 사업전담대표이사 및 이사가 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
