수산업협동조합법 제12조의3(「중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로지원에 관한 법률」과의 관계)

조합등이 공공기관(「중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로지원에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 공공기관을 말한다)에 직접 생산하는 물품을 공급하는 경우에는 조합등을 「중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로지원에 관한 법률」 제33조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 국가와 수의계약의 방법으로 납품계약을 체결할 수 있는 자로 본다.
