수산업법 제69조(어업감독 공무원)

① 어업감독 공무원은 어업조정, 안전조업, 불법어업 방지 및 수산물의 유통질서를 확립하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 어장ㆍ어선ㆍ사업장ㆍ사무소ㆍ창고, 그 밖의 장소에 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류, 그 밖의 물건을 검사하거나 관계인에게 질문할 수 있으며, 그 밖에 정선(停船)이나 회항(回航)을 명할 수 있다.

② 행정관청은 어업조정 등을 위하여 필요하면 어업감독 공무원에게 다른 사람의 토지에 들어가서 측량ㆍ검사하게 할 수 있으며, 부득이한 경우에는 측량ㆍ검사에 장애가 되는 물건을 옮기게 하거나 제거하게 할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 그 직무를 행하는 어업감독 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 정선명령이나 회항명령, 측량ㆍ검사, 어업감독 공무원의 증표와 그 자격에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
