Fisheries Act, Article 60 (Restrictions on Size of Fishing Gear, etc.)

① 해양수산부장관은 수산자원의 지속적인 이용과 어업조정을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 제40조에 따라 허가받은 어업의 종류별로 어구의 규모ㆍ형태ㆍ재질ㆍ사용량 및 사용방법, 어구사용의 금지구역ㆍ금지기간, 그물코의 규격 등(이하 "어구의 규모등"이라 한다)을 제한할 수 있다.

② 어구의 규모등의 제한에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. 다만, 시ㆍ도지사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 사용하는 어구의 규모등에 대하여는 대통령령으로 정하는 어업 종류별 어구의 규모등의 제한 범위에서 따로 정하여 고시할 수 있다.
