수산업ㆍ어촌 발전 기본법 제33조(전담기관의 지정ㆍ운영 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 수산업의 진흥과 발전을 위하여 필요한 업무를 전담하는 기관(이하 "전담기관"이라 한다)을 지정하여 운영할 수 있다.

② 해양수산부장관은 전담기관이 업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 비용을 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 may메이 subsidize,서브시다이즈 within위^ð딘 budgetary버지테^r리 limits,리멋츠 the^ð더 costs카스츠 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 dedicated데더케이티드 institution인스티투션 to투 perform퍼^f폼 its잇츠 work.워크

③ 전담기관의 지정 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
