수산업ㆍ어촌 발전 기본법 제25조(친환경수산업 등의 촉진)

국가와 지방자치단체는 수산업과 어촌의 환경보전 기능을 증대시키고 안전한 수산물의 생산 및 소비를 촉진하기 위하여 친환경수산업 등의 생산기반 구축, 생산기술ㆍ생산방법 및 어법ㆍ어구ㆍ양식기술의 개발, 친환경 수산물 등의 인증 및 어패류 부산물의 자원화 등에 필요한 정책을 수립하고 시행하여야 한다.
