Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Fishing Industry and Fishing Villages Development, Article 8 (Composition of the Central Council)

① 중앙심의회는 위원장과 부위원장 각 1명을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 중앙심의회의 위원장은 해양수산부장관이 되고, 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

나. 수산업ㆍ어촌 관련 단체ㆍ행정기관ㆍ사업체 등에서 10년 이상 종사하고 있거나 종사하였던 사람

(b)비 Persons퍼슨즈 who후 are아 or오 were워 engaged엔게이지드 for^f포 at앳 least리스트 10 years이어즈 in인 organizations,오거너제이션즈 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies,에이전시즈 or오 businesses비즈너시즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 fishing^f피슁 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 fishing^f피슁 villages;^v빌러지즈

다. 「지방자치법」 제182조제1항제1호 및 제3호에 따라 설립된 협의체가 각각 추천하는 사람

(c)시 Persons퍼슨즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 each이치 of어^v브 the^ð더 consultative컨설터티^v브 bodies바디즈 established이스태블리시트 under언더 Article아터클 182 (1) 1 and앤드 3 of어^v브 the^ð더 Local로우클 Autonomy오타너미 Act.액트

④ 제3항에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

1. 심신장애로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 becomes비컴즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 due두 to투 mental멘틀 or오 physical^f피지클 disability;디서빌리티

2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우
