Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Fishing Industry and Fishing Villages Development, Article 12 (Composition of Si/Do Councils)

① 시ㆍ도심의회는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 2명을 포함하여 25명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 시ㆍ도심의회의 위원장은 시ㆍ도지사가 되고, 부위원장 중 1명은 해당 광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도의 부시장 또는 부지사(부시장 또는 부지사가 2명 이상인 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사가 지명하는 부시장 또는 부지사)가 되며, 다른 1명은 제3항제2호 또는 제3호의 위원 중에서 호선한다.

③ 시ㆍ도심의회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 시ㆍ도지사가 임명 또는 위촉한다. 이 경우 제2호 및 제3호에 따른 위원을 위촉할 때에는 성별을 고려하여야 한다.

2. 생산자단체, 소비자단체 및 수산업ㆍ어촌 관련 단체의 장: 11명 이내

(a)어 Persons퍼슨즈 who후 are아 or오 were워 employed엠플로이드 at앳 universities,유너^v버서티즈 research^r리서치 institutes,인스터툿츠 or오 international인터내셔늘 organizations오거너제이션즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 fishing^f피슁 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 fishing^f피슁 villages^v빌러지즈 at앳 the^ð더 level레^v블 of어^v브 associate어소우시엇 professor프^r러^f페서 or오 associate어소우시엇 research^r리서치 fellow^f펠로 or오 higher;하이어

나. 수산업ㆍ어촌 관련 단체ㆍ행정기관ㆍ사업체 등에서 7년 이상 종사하고 있거나 종사하였던 사람

④ 제3항제2호 또는 제3호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

⑥ 제5항에 따른 분과위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ도심의회의 의결을 거쳐 시ㆍ도심의회의 위원장이 정한다.
