수산업ㆍ어촌 발전 기본법 시행령 제11조의2(분과위원회)

① 법 제8조제3항에 따라 중앙심의회에 어업재해보험분과위원회와 소금산업진흥분과위원회를 둔다.

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 8 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 a어 Fishery^f피셔^r리 Disaster디재스터 Insurance인슈^r런스 Subcommittee서브커미티 and앤드 a어 Salt솔트 Industry인더스트^r리 Promotion프^r러모우션 Subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Council.카운슬

② 제1항에 따른 분과위원회(이하 이 조에서 "분과위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 사항을 검토한다.

③ 분과위원회의 위원장과 위원은 중앙심의회 위원 중에서 중앙심의회의 위원장이 지명한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Council카운슬 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Council.카운슬

④ 분과위원회의 회의는 분과위원회 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 is이즈 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee,서브커미티 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 are아 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 분과위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 중앙심의회의 의결을 거쳐 중앙심의회의 위원장이 정한다.
