Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fostering and Supporting the Fishery Food Industry, Article 16 (Support for Contracts for School Meal Food Ingredients, etc.)

① 해양수산부장관은 법 제19조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 수산물 또는 수산식품을 생산하는 자와 학교급식을 위한 식재료의 공급 등에 관한 교류협력사업을 하는 경우 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.
