수산생물질병 관리법 제41조(승계인에 대한 처분의 효력)

① 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령이나 처분은 그 명령이나 처분의 목적이 되는 수산생물 또는 물건의 소유자로부터 권리를 승계한 자 또는 새로운 권리의 설정에 의하여 관리자가 된 자에 대하여도 그 효력이 있다. <개정 2011.7.21>

② 제1항에 따라 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령이나 처분의 목적이 되는 수산생물 또는 물건을 다른 자에게 양도하거나 관리하게 한 자는 명령이나 처분이 있는 사실과 그 내용을 새로운 권리의 취득 및 새로운 권리의 설정에 따라 관리자가 된 자에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2011.7.21>
