수산생물질병 관리법 시행령 제8조(수산생물양식시설의 폐쇄명령)

① 법 제15조제3항 전단 및 같은 조 제4항에 따른 수산생물양식시설의 폐쇄기간은 6개월로 한다. <개정 2012.7.20, 2021.2.9>

② 법 제15조제3항에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 수산생물양식시설의 폐쇄명령을 하려면 미리 그 사실을 해당 시설의 수산생물양식자에게 서면으로 알려야 하고, 그 시설의 명칭, 소재지, 소유자, 폐쇄명령일자 등을 관할 시ㆍ도지사, 국립수산물품질관리원장 및 다른 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2012.7.20, 2020.12.29, 2021.2.9, 2024.6.11>

③ 법 제15조제4항에 따라 수산생물양식시설을 폐쇄할 때에는 그 사실을 해당 시설의 수산생물양식자에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2012.7.20>

④ 법 제15조제4항제1호의 게시물에는 다음 각 호의 내용이 포함되어야 한다.
