송유관 안전관리법 제8조(안전검사)

① 송유관설치자등은 송유관에 대하여 산업통상부장관의 안전검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 안전검사의 대상ㆍ기준ㆍ방법ㆍ기간, 그 밖에 검사에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
