Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 33-4 (Support for Mitigating Import Risks, etc.)
① 법 제23조의5제1항제6호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업"이란 다음 각 호의 사업을 말한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
(1) The term "projects prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 23-5 (1) 6 of the Act means the following projects:
1. 공급망안정품목의 수입과 생산기업에 대한 정보제공, 금융 등의 지원
1. Support, such as provision of information and finance, for enterprises importing and producing supply chain stabilization items;
2. 공급망안정품목의 수입 위험 완화를 위한 국외생산시설의 구축 시 정보제공, 사업자문, 금융 등의 지원
2. Support, such as provision of information, business advice, and finance, when establishing overseas production facilities to mitigate import risks of supply chain stabilization items;
3. 공급망안정품목 수입 기업에 대한 우선적 무역보험 제공 및 무역보험 조건 우대
3. Priority provision of trade insurance and preferential trade insurance terms for enterprises importing supply chain stabilization items;
4. 그 밖에 산업통상부장관이 공급망안정품목의 수입 위험 완화를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 사업
4. Other projects that the Minister of Industry and Trade deems necessary to mitigate import risks of supply chain stabilization items.
② 산업통상부장관은 법 제23조의5제1항에 따라 공급망안정품목의 수입 위험 완화를 위한 사업을 추진하려는 경우에는 그 세부추진계획을 수립하고 공고해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
(2) Where the Minister of Industry and Trade intends to promote a project to mitigate import risks of supply chain stabilization items pursuant to Article 23-5 (1) of the Act, he or she shall formulate and publicly announce a detailed promotion plan.
