Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 9 (Application for Establishment of the Council of Investment Institutions)

영 제33조제3항에 따라 투자기관협의회 설립을 신청하려는 자는 별지 제11호서식의 소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비 투자기관협의회 설립신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
