Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 8 (Request for Confirmation of Acquisitions, Mergers, etc.)

영 제31조제1항에 따라 법 제20조제1항에 따른 인수ㆍ합병등(이하 "인수ㆍ합병등"이라 한다)에 해당하는지에 대한 확인을 요청하려는 자는 별지 제10호서식의 인수ㆍ합병등 확인요청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
