Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 15-3 (Designation and Operation of the National Rare Metal Center)

① 법 제37조의3제1항 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 국가희소금속센터(이하 "국가희소금속센터"라 한다)로 지정받으려는 자는 별지 제16호의2서식의 국가희소금속센터 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

1. 정관 또는 이에 준하는 약정

③ 법 제37조의3제2항제7호에서 "산업통상부령으로 정하는 업무"란 다음 각 호의 업무를 말한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
