Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 15-2 (Formulation of Measures to Strengthen the Competitiveness of the Rare Metal Industry)
