Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 10 (Request for Commercialization Support)

① 영 제40조제1항에 따라 기술이전 및 사업화 관련 지원을 요청하려는 자는 별지 제12호서식의 기술이전 및 사업화 지원요청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 제출해야 한다.
