소음ㆍ진동관리법 제50조(행정처분 효과의 승계)

제10조(제32조에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 사업의 승계가 있으면 종전의 사업자에 대한 행정처분의 효과는 그 처분 기간이 끝나는 날까지 새로운 사업자에게 승계되며, 행정처분의 절차가 진행 중이면 새로운 사업자에게 그 절차를 계속 진행할 수 있다. 다만, 새로운 사업자(상속에 의한 승계는 제외한다)가 그 사업을 승계 시에 그 처분 또는 위반 사실을 알지 못하였음을 증명하면 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2021.1.5>
