소음ㆍ진동관리법 제25조(폭약의 사용으로 인한 소음ㆍ진동의 방지)

특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 폭약의 사용으로 인한 소음ㆍ진동피해를 방지할 필요가 있다고 인정하면 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 「총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등 단속법」에 따라 폭약을 사용하는 자에게 그 사용의 규제에 필요한 조치를 하여 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2009.6.9, 2013.8.13, 2020.12.22>
