소음ㆍ진동관리법 제20조(명령의 이행보고 및 확인)

① 사업자는 제15조, 제16조, 제17조 또는 제18조 본문에 따른 조치명령ㆍ개선명령ㆍ조업정지명령 또는 사용중지명령 등을 이행한 경우에는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 이행결과를 지체 없이 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2009.6.9, 2013.8.13, 2025.10.1>
